This is a question that many people ask, does the System actually do the right things? The answer is NO!! Ever day when we open the TV we hear something on the news about people all over the place getting arrested and killed, but thats not the case when your a rich famous person. Why when the average Joe gets a DUI he will probably have to go to court and get license suspended for who knows how long, but No!
" Hi, my name is Paris Hilton, like OMG you cant arrest me, anything i can do?"
If its a famous person who gets in trouble the most they will get is a warning, maybe twice or even three times before actually getting in trouble. But the boy down the street get caught with a joint half the size of a pencil and he is doing probation and has too pee in a cup for 2 years.
Am I crazy of do we see this on the news everyday. The Justice System does nothing fair when tit comes to dealing with big time superstars and famous people. Guess what happens when a famous person goes to the judge? All moral standard go out the window because the judge knows how deep their pockets are. I cant believe that some kids get in trouble and have to go threw Hell in order to get that arrest or whatever off their record. But a quarterback basically charged with rape and he misses 6 games? That is the punishment.
This is what is unjust about your system, is should be honest when it comes to human beings life at stake. So the man who makes one little mistake and is taken away from his family for twenty years all because he isn't a big enough deal to change the judges mind. And because this guy is a pro bowl football player its "Ok" that he just drove drunk and killed some little kid, Ahh "Im so sorry it was an accident I was drunk" Lets give him a fine and a warning. Thats what happen to Eagles player Donte Stallworth, he killed a kid and didn't serve time for that kind of crime, all because he is who he is.
If me or you killed a kid while driving we would get 20+ years for it, but not if your famous!!
Is the Justice System fair, i think its all a loud of crap.
An old saying, " its not what you no, its who you no", guess thats true after all.
